Your credit card is not charged in advance. As is standard in lodging & hospitality, we simply secure an authorization for the supplied card, and your information goes on file as a reservation guarantee. In the event of cancellation, your card shall be charged only according to the terms of our Cancellation Policy set forth below. Upon your arrival you are welcome to pay by cash or credit card. 
All cancellations must be made in writing by e-mail or fax, for our records and for your protection. To avoid any miscommunications or errors, we are not able accept cancellations by phone.
Cancellations must be made three weeks (21 days) prior to your scheduled arrival in order to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations received between 11 and 20 days prior to scheduled arrival will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received 10 days or less prior to schedule arrival will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
