THE POOL COMPLEX

Our turtle pool faces the beach to mimic the giant turtles returning to the sea after laying their eggs.

The big turtle shaped pool has three mosaic baby turtles in its belly.
The pool complex offers a pleasant place to mix with fellow travelers. The nearness to the restaurant and bar makes getting a cool drink handy on a hot day. It also keeps you near the action in case a party starts and you want to join in.

The two forty foot thatched roofs of the restaurant can be seen here behind the pool, with landscaping between them to create a little barrier. Parents often enjoy lingering over lunch while their children play in the pool within full view. 
The hammock hut provides a shady place to relax. When it rains, in this rainforest, the hut is a choice spot to read a good book or just rest your eyelids.

The pleasure of swimming under the stars in the tropics on a balmy night is a lovely memory to take home, and to return to in years to come.
