The roofs of the restaurant and bar of Turtle Beach Lodge are palm thatched and in keeping with local building traditions. They are 40 feet tall and can be seen by local fishermen in the Caribbean Sea. Small picnic tables like the one seen in this photograph are located throughout the property for intimate dining or writing a postcard.

Dine in solitude, or join a table of fellow travelers. Our staff is happy to make your dining experience a pleasurable one. Delicious local cuisine enhanced with fresh fruits and vegetables is served daily along with refreshing fruity drinks.
During the daylight hours the restaurant is shady and cool with light filtering in through the ample foliage surrounding it. The Turtle Beach Lodge restaurant is kept clean and beautiful to make our guests feel welcomed and comfortable.

In the evenings soft lighting and music create an exotic ambiance to enjoy while dining.  Delicate aromas from delicious foods are carried to you on gentle ocean breezes. Interesting conversations of travel and adventure mix with soft laughter to enrich the dining experience.  

The bar and lounge is located in the restaurant which adjoins the pool and hammock hut areas. A wide variety of tasty drinks are served there, but our favorite recipe is as follows:
  • 2 or more adventurous travelers
  • 1 balmy evening in paradise
  • 1 or more tropical drinks (with or without alcohol)
  • a pinch of music
  • a heaping measure of courtesy & smiles
  • mix thoroughly & enjoy

Whether playing with a group of new or old friends, board games and cards in the lounge can be a fun break in your day or evening.
